B4E Team 參加台灣經濟部工業局 Mobilehero - Android 鄉民報馬仔 手機軟體 ( B4E Team develops the "Civil Reporter" system on the Android platform )

Whenever a citizen notices noise pollution, violation of traffic regulations, garbage dumped at the wrong space, or anything else decreasing the quality of life or endangering public security, he or she can use the "Civil Reporter" system to take a picture, record the video clip, or record the surrounding sound to directly report violations. The "Civil Reporter" immediately transmits the report to the authority to follow up. It utilizes the Android’s GPS or Cell ID technology to locate the user and the reported event. The "Civil Reporter" enables citizens to participate in the public affairs conveniently and timely.

B4E Team (http://androidb4e.blogspot.com/ ) 參與2009 台灣經濟部工業局 所舉辦的 Mobilehero 比賽http://www.mobilehero.com/ 的題目。我們利用了Android手機的軟硬體特色、以及Google AppEngine雲端計算的輔助，完成此項應用軟體。

當民眾發現噪音污染、重大違規停車、大型垃圾亂擺等影響生活品質或生命安全的事件，民 眾可選擇拍照、錄影或錄音，透過自動擷取Android手機的GPS或基地台定位的經緯度資訊，將事件訊息立即通報給管轄單位，以讓處理單位快速掌握事發地點與現場概況。 鄉民報馬仔的重點特色是讓民眾簡單使用、快速通報。藉此加強熱心民眾積極參與公眾事務 。

因這個題目並沒有入圍Mobilehero初賽，故部分發展階段將有所調整。
